The Used is an awesome band and their album The Used is great! And they also have a new c.d and dvd Maybe Memories that just came out...Check it out!!

Like The Used, Gc took a hard growing up too!benji and Joel Madden grew up in Waldorf,Maryland and were born March 11,1979.Growing up their Dad wlaked out on them at a young age.And now GC writes lotza songs related to that(Emotionless...Little Things).benji and Joel wanted to start a band at age 16.Benji found a guitar sitting up in an attic and then taught himself how to play..amazing!In school,Benj and Joel were teased and picked on.Benj says he and Joel were the kind of kids that got picked on for wearing the same shirt all week.And once people found out about their dream of becoming rock stars,things got worse.Benj recalls one time where sum kids called them pretending to be from Epic Records signing them a deal.I guess the jokes on them now that Their famous!And their Mom was very poor,soon enough everything was being taken away form her and she later ended up living in a shck in a neighbors yard.All she had left was her van which she gave up to the boys so they could go to gigs,and she would walk all the way to and from work...Now what a nice Mom!And look at them now!benji and Joel,along with band members Billy,Paul and Chris, have flurished and deserve all that they have gotten!Yay for GC!!

Brand New is one of the greatest bands out there! the music sounds sooo great and the lyrics are good. Plus Jesse Lacey is quite sexcy...!
